Was having dinner @ Terracota last week. The service is really not up to our expectation. With 5 staff manning the restaurant but only 1 who are actually working/ serving the customer. While the rest is at their comfort zone. We ordered the promotion food item but it took us 20 to 25minutes to get our food. Imagine only our table at that moment and only 2 of us.
BTW we would like to give our appreciation to your staff - Kadir who are very attentive, hardworking and friendly.
